RETURNS & EXCHANGES

To be eligible for a refund, you must return your item(s) back to us no longer than 14 Days after the delivery date. 

All items must be received back in it's original form and must adhere to the following:

• In it's original packaging
• No signs of wear or washing
• Tags attached and undamaged/untampered
• No stains, marks or odours. 

Orders that received a Blu reign dust bag must also return this, failing to do so will result in a £10 reduction from your refund.

As the customer you are responsible for the cost of your return.

3. Reason for returning

We have the right to refuse your return if the above is not adhered to.
