When will I receive my order?
After placing your order, we ask to allow 1-3 working days for your order to be processed. Your order will then be dispatched using your chosen shipping method.
What Delivery options are available?
For customers within the UK we offer Royal Mail tracked 24 - £4.50 (free on orders over £175)
For international orders, your postage cost will be calculated at the checkout.
Europe - Royal Mail aims for 3-7 working days
Rest of world - Royal Mail aims for 7-10 working days
How do I track my order?
Once you've placed your order, you will receive your order confirmation via email. Once your order has been shipped you will receive a tracking number via email. Please check all inboxes, including junk. If you are unable to find your tracking number please contact us info@blureign.co.uk
Will my parcel incur Customs/import fees?
For orders placed outside of the UK, your order may be subject to import fees, depending on your Countries import laws. As the customer you are liable to pay for these charges.
If your order is sent back to us due to unpaid fees, you will not be refunded for the shipping cost.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes we ship worldwide! For orders outside the UK, delivery costs and timescales will be calculated at the checkout after inputting your delivery details.
How long do 'Pre-order' items take?
The shipment date will be detailed in the product description of the item you're buying.
Please note, when ordering pre-order item with ready to ship items, all items will be shipped together when the pre-order items become available.
